Prior to joining Leo Berwick AI, he was a Partner and National Leader for Technology in M&A at a Big 4 firm, where he led due diligence, integration, and separation engagements to deliver measurable outcomes.
Peter is a former Chief Information Officer and brings an operator’s perspective to his work. He translates technology risks and opportunities into clear financial terms, ensuring that investors are shielded from hidden liabilities while identifying untapped digital assets that can be leveraged for growth. He has worked across many industries with specialization in Energy, Utilities, Mining, Transportation and Software Development.
