Gary is a senior technology and operations executive with more than 30 years of experience leading digital transformation, operational improvement and enterprise technology initiatives across private equity-backed, founder-led and public companies.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Gary served as Chief Executive Officer of SmartAction, a private equity-backed AI software company, where he led the business from negative EBITDA to operational profitability while launching new products, expanding sales channels and improving operating efficiency. He also held senior leadership positions at OneReach.ai, FilmTrack, RLJ Entertainment and Image Entertainment, where he led enterprise technology transformation initiatives, cloud migrations, ERP implementations, operational modernization and global technology organizations.
Throughout his career, Gary has advised executive leadership teams on technology strategy, digital transformation and operational improvement. His experience includes enterprise technology modernization, governance and financial controls, go-to-market optimization and strategic growth initiatives across software, AI, media, energy services and industrial businesses.
