Cameron Forbes is a technology executive who builds and modernizes the platforms powering large, regulated enterprises. He excels at translating boardroom strategy into disciplined execution, blending high-level business judgment with deep technical expertise in cloud, cybersecurity, data, AI, and enterprise applications.

With more than 25 years of leading technology organizations through growth, transformation, and M&A, Cam most recently served as Chief Technology Officer at HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union, overseeing enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and data for Hawaii’s largest credit union. Previously, as the senior technology leader at Sumitomo Rubber North America, he scaled the platform to support revenue growth from $600 million to $1.3 billion, lifted eCommerce from 10% to over 40% of sales, and transformed S&OP to improve forecast accuracy and align product mix with cash flow. As CIO at Channell Commercial Corporation, he directed a $40 million cross-border acquisition across five countries, established SOX and internal audit programs, and served as interim CFO during a leadership transition.

Earlier in his career, Cam was an Associate Partner at IBM Global Business Services, advising Google, Motorola Mobility, CBS, and HBO. He held consulting leadership roles at Oracle and PricewaterhouseCoopers and built a consulting practice at Kintana ahead of its $275 million acquisition.

Cam leads with transparency, accountability, and trust – building high-performing teams that act as stewards of business outcomes, not just custodians of technology.
