Jason Juds is a Partner at Leo Berwick AI, where he focuses on technology-driven value creation for private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. He supports the full investment lifecycle, including technology due diligence, 100-day planning and execution, and exit readiness, with a focus on EBITDA impact through AI, data and analytics, and digital transformation.
He brings extensive experience leading complex M&A integrations and carve-outs, and advising on the use of AI and data to drive measurable value creation. His work includes large-scale separation and integration initiatives spanning infrastructure, applications, and data environments, as well as building internal capabilities to support operational performance and growth.
Prior to Leo Berwick AI, he held leadership roles at a technology advisory firm and a global consulting firm, where he focused on data and AI strategy, large-scale system implementations, and solution architecture across supply chain, procurement, and finance functions.
