Mario is a data and transformation executive who combines BCG-level program leadership with hands-on data engineering and architecture. A former BCG consultant and Fortune 150 data leader, he has led enterprise data strategy, ERP and data migrations, multi-system consolidation, governance operating models, source-to-target mapping, reconciliation, and executive readiness reporting across Fortune 500 and private-equity-backed companies.
His experience spans Finance, IT, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations, enabling him to translate between executive stakeholders and technical delivery teams. Mario is particularly effective in fragmented or undocumented environments, where he establishes ownership, creates decision-grade transparency, and drives complex programs from architecture and planning through migration, validation, cutover, and adoption.
