Omar Khalifa is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Leo Berwick AI, where he leads the firm’s strategy and direction, bringing a private equity investor perspective to AI-driven value creation. He has over 20 years of experience investing in and operating businesses across the full investment lifecycle, including due diligence, deal execution, portfolio management, and exit.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick AI, he held operating roles at various businesses, where he led strategic and value-creation initiatives, including M&A, financing, and the build-out of operational teams and infrastructure.
Before his operating roles, he spent 20 years as a private equity investor. He was head of PE Investments at a North American mid-market fund and a Director and Investment Committee member at a global pension fund.
